💼 About This Role

You'll join the Admissions Team at Affect, a digital addiction treatment program combining mobile technology, counseling, and medical care. You'll be the first point of contact for potential members, using motivational interviewing to schedule intake appointments and support their recovery journey. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage high volume of inbound calls, texts, and emails.
• Achieve individual and team enrollment goals.
• Identify good candidates using enrollment criteria.
• Schedule intake appointments via EHR and internal tools.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of consistent personal recovery or behavioral health experience.
• Goal-driven with proven ability to meet targets.
• High school diploma or higher education.
• Reliable high-speed home internet and quiet home office.

• Prior admissions role experience.
• Recurring evening and weekend availability.
• Experience with EMR software and Google Suite.
