You'll own how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value as part of the Developer Productivity Pillar. Your work will help drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more. This is a remote-first role at the leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive implementation and maintenance of Webflow's build system
• Oversee configuration and management of development environments
• Define and enforce development processes and best practices
• Spearhead deployment strategy for production environments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Experience deploying large-scale Node.js applications in production
• Deep understanding of AWS cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools like Pulumi
• Experience mentoring junior team members
