🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise and negotiate contracts with partnership shippers and key accounts
• Lead legal workstreams in fundraising and financing activities
• Manage and implement compliance policies including data protection
• Handle corporate legal structure and dispute resolution

📋 Requirements

• 8 years or more post-qualification experience
• 3 years or more drafting complex multi-country agreements
• Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor from a reputable university
• Admission to Singapore Bar or major common law jurisdiction
