Requirements

• 1 year experience in loan underwriting, loan processing, or similar analytical role
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Deep understanding of or eagerness to learn Fannie Mae lending guidelines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office or Google Sheets

Responsibilities

• Review applications and documentation
• Request needed documents from homeowners through follow-ups
• Review title to ensure correct lien position and collaborate with processor for clean title
• Submit finished dockets to QA and send out final offer after clearance
• Manage pipeline of 60-100 files/dockets
