You'll lead daily operations of ClubWPT Gold's digital poker room, managing ring games and tournaments to ensure smooth performance and strong player turnout. You'll drive player engagement by partnering with CRM and marketing teams on promotions and retention strategies, while using data-driven insights to optimize prize pools and tournament performance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage execution of daily ring games and multi-table tournaments
• Partner with CRM and marketing teams on promotions and retention
• Analyze player trends to optimize prize pool guarantees and mitigate risk
• Design and schedule large-scale online poker festivals

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years experience in online poker platform or gaming environment
• Deep knowledge of poker tournament structures and ring game strategy
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement player behavior strategies
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
