🎯 What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers in coordinating EPC valve and automation projects.
• Lead project expediting with manufacturers and vendors.
• Track milestones, delivery schedules, and documentation progress.
• Manage technical documentation including submittals and certifications.
• Communicate project updates with stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in industrial inside sales or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of valve, automation, and PVF products.
• Experience with large or multi-site project schedules.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and document management skills.
