Description

You will build and execute daily multi-drop van delivery plans for B2C home delivery, actively refine computer-generated routes to improve drop density and efficiency, and work with courier partners to reduce cost per delivery while maintaining service levels. This role directly impacts the end customer experience in a fast-moving, customer-centric environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of transport planning experience with B2C or home delivery exposure
• Proven track record of improving route efficiency, increasing vehicle fill, and reducing cost
• Strong understanding of UK road haulage and relevant regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience with transport planning tools, ability to challenge system-generated plans
• Experience working with drivers, couriers, and hauliers (3PLs)
