You'll join Octopus Energy's Business Operations team, resolving queries for small business customers and delivering end-to-end customer service. You'll gain insight into billing, complaints, smart metering, and vulnerability while utilizing Kraken to manage accounts. This internship is part of our programme to address Black under-representation in the energy industry.
