Requirements

• 2+ years inside sales success in fast-paced environment
• 1+ years selling UCaaS, CCaaS, SaaS, or similar (preferred)
• Proven pipeline management in Salesforce CRM
• Skilled in consultative selling and discovery
• Enthusiasm for using AI tools like ChatGPT

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-energy outbound activity to fill pipeline and meet quotas
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer goals and pain points
• Communicate Nextiva's value and drive urgency for solutions
• Manage deals proactively with clear next steps and timelines
• Deliver compelling, outcome-focused product demos
