Description
In this role, you'll own 8–12 strategic accounts end-to-end, partnering with Sales to drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization. You'll translate business goals into success criteria, lead Executive Business Reviews, and coordinate across teams to ensure customers achieve measurable results from CockroachDB.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of experience in Customer Success or similar role with enterprise customers
- Strong program management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Deep product knowledge and understanding of database technologies and competitive landscape
- Ability to translate business goals into measurable success criteria
- Experience leading Executive Business Reviews and presenting to C-level stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Own 8–12 strategic accounts end-to-end including onboarding, adoption, health, risk management, renewals, and expansion
- Define and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives, usage, ROI, and time-to-value
- Lead Executive Business Reviews presenting outcomes, risks, and recommendations to senior and C-level stakeholders
- Manage enablement and technical rollout initiatives coordinating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Professional Services
- Proactively identify, qualify, and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities to grow ARR
