Description

In this role, you'll own 8–12 strategic accounts end-to-end, partnering with Sales to drive onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization. You'll translate business goals into success criteria, lead Executive Business Reviews, and coordinate across teams to ensure customers achieve measurable results from CockroachDB.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in Customer Success or similar role with enterprise customers
  • Strong program management skills with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Deep product knowledge and understanding of database technologies and competitive landscape
  • Ability to translate business goals into measurable success criteria
  • Experience leading Executive Business Reviews and presenting to C-level stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own 8–12 strategic accounts end-to-end including onboarding, adoption, health, risk management, renewals, and expansion
  • Define and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business objectives, usage, ROI, and time-to-value
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews presenting outcomes, risks, and recommendations to senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Manage enablement and technical rollout initiatives coordinating with Engineering, Product, Support, and Professional Services
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and partner with Sales on expansion opportunities to grow ARR
