You will be the heart of the dining room, welcoming guests, guiding them through our seasonal menu and mission, and managing the flow to ensure a smooth, memorable experience. Your role is to be the connector between the kitchen, the brand, and our guests, elevating guest satisfaction through consistent leadership and engagement.

Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and menu in hand
Guide guests through our food and mission, explaining our seasonal menu and sourcing story
Manage dining room flow, coordinating seating and table turns
Own table touches: refill waters, clear plates, reset tables, ensure cleanliness
Communicate with chefs to resolve guest issues in real time

We're entering a period of expansion, as we open in new cities and use the platform we’ve built for more transparency around sourcing, cooking, and really investing in a food supply system that works better for farmers, communities and chefs.
