🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end technical vision and strategy
• Lead delivery of macOS client and backend services
• Coach engineers and own hiring and performance strategy
• Influence cross-functional partners and manage conflict

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of people management experience
• Strong background in backend or client development
• Experience in roadmap planning and delivering complex projects
• Expertise in agile/CI/CD environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep experience in Identity and Access Management
• Experience in Device Identity or Device Management
• Hands-on experience with macOS internals
