Description

You will lead transformation projects and drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across ASM's global manufacturing and supply chain network. You'll coach Green and Black Belts, analyze processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of operational discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, supply chain, or related technical field
• Certified Master Black Belt or equivalent highest-tier Lean Six Sigma certification
• At least 15 years of experience in manufacturing and/or supply chain operations, ideally in high-tech or semiconductor environments
• Proven success leading large-scale transformation or process excellence programs with measurable impact
• Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving capabilities with Lean tools

Responsibilities

• Drive major Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement transformation projects from scoping to sustainment
• Build organizational capability by coaching Green Belts and Black Belts and supporting training programs
• Partner with OE Director to translate strategic priorities into transformation roadmaps and project portfolios
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes to reduce waste and improve cost, quality, and lead time
• Manage OE governance processes and track performance indicators such as cost savings and quality performance
