You'll lead a team of 50+ health professionals across telemedicine offerings and geographies. You'll define value-based clinical practices that balance quality and cost-effectiveness. You'll collaborate with product teams to integrate AI into clinical workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Scale and lead a remote-first team of 50+ health professionals
• Establish medical governance and ensure quality & safety
• Monitor and improve clinical practice with telemedicine guidelines
• Shape AI-augmented practice with product teams

📋 Requirements

• Medical degree (GP or relevant specialty) registered with French Medical Council
• 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Team leadership experience managing medical teams or complex cross-functional projects
• Fluent English and French
