🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver scalability solutions including throughput optimization
• Lead protocol initiatives on PBS, MEV mitigation, and transaction ordering
• Develop parallelized transaction execution in EVM environments
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure and Ethereum clients

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in backend, distributed systems, or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth
• Proven track record architecting high-performance production systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, or parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Copilot
