💼 About This Role
You'll lead enterprise revenue growth for Eko's SENSORA platform, selling into large hospitals and integrated delivery networks. As a player-coach, you'll personally close complex enterprise deals while building and scaling a small sales team. This role offers the chance to drive adoption of an FDA-cleared AI platform in a high-growth digital health company recognized by TIME.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own new business generation and enterprise revenue for SENSORA across hospitals and IDNs.
- Personally lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Develop territory and account strategies for health systems, physician groups, and value-based care networks.
- Build, mentor, and manage a small initial team of enterprise sellers.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital health, MedTech, or healthcare SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with large hospitals and health systems.
- Experience selling new or category-creating technologies into healthcare environments.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as both a senior individual contributor and sales leader.

- Experience building or scaling an enterprise sales function in a high-growth environment.
- Prior experience managing and growing enterprise sales teams.
- Background selling FDA-cleared medical devices or AI-enabled clinical software.
