💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise revenue growth for Eko's SENSORA platform, selling into large hospitals and integrated delivery networks. As a player-coach, you'll personally close complex enterprise deals while building and scaling a small sales team. This role offers the chance to drive adoption of an FDA-cleared AI platform in a high-growth digital health company recognized by TIME.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own new business generation and enterprise revenue for SENSORA across hospitals and IDNs.
  • Personally lead and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Develop territory and account strategies for health systems, physician groups, and value-based care networks.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a small initial team of enterprise sellers.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in digital health, MedTech, or healthcare SaaS.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals with large hospitals and health systems.
  • Experience selling new or category-creating technologies into healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as both a senior individual contributor and sales leader.

  • Experience building or scaling an enterprise sales function in a high-growth environment.
  • Prior experience managing and growing enterprise sales teams.
  • Background selling FDA-cleared medical devices or AI-enabled clinical software.
