You will support the growth of Samsara's business in Europe by negotiating and closing strategic commercial agreements, scaling contracting workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on privacy, employment, and other legal matters.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and execute commercial contracts with European customers, vendors, and partners
• Develop and scale commercial contracting workflows and tools in Europe
• Support legal matters across privacy, employment, regulatory, corporate, product, and compliance
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and other teams to drive strategic initiatives
• Help build a best-in-class legal function for Europe
