• Set research vision and strategic agenda for the Upwork Research Institute
• Serve as primary spokesperson across national media, op-eds, and events
• Lead a team of researchers to produce data-rich insights and narratives
• Develop flagship research reports and editorial calendars

📋 Requirements

• Proven track record leading large-scale research programs
• Background in economics, math, statistics or highly quantitative field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience serving as spokesperson for research findings
