💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing shopping experience for pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the team meet sales targets. This part-time role offers the chance to make a difference with every purchase.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Open and close the store, providing leadership support when needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using fandom knowledge.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain store merchandising mix.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Avenger-like communication and time management skills.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
