Description

You will turn raw data into insights that drive mission decisions and AI-enabled capabilities. You'll analyze trends, generate dashboards and reports, and translate complex findings into clear, mission-relevant insights. This role is onsite at Quantico, VA.

Requirements

• 1+ years of data analytics or quantitative analysis experience
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
• Ability to analyze large datasets using SQL or Python
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Active Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Analyze mission and program data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Generate dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making
• Work with data engineers to define data requirements and improve data quality
• Support AI readiness by assessing dataset completeness and usability
• Conduct baseline and post-implementation analysis to measure improvement
