As a Shift Lead at Blank Street, you'll lead a team to deliver quality products and amazing customer experiences in a fast-paced cafe environment. You'll support daily operations, train new employees, and drive sales initiatives to build a loyal neighborhood customer base.

Responsibilities

• Craft coffee products and serve customers with energy and empathy
• Support GM and Training Team to train new employees
• Open and close the location safely as key holder
• Handle minor customer issues positively
• Lead initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales with operations and marketing teams
