💼 About This Role

You'll act as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients, leading the design and implementation of CyberArk PAM solutions in a fully remote environment. You'll drive adoption of privileged access security while mentoring team members and managing client relationships. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic consulting impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement CyberArk PAM solutions for enterprise clients
• Conduct technical discovery and define implementation roadmaps
• Provide Level 3 technical support and troubleshoot issues
• Deliver training, knowledge transfer, and detailed documentation

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years hands-on CyberArk PAM implementation experience
• Deep expertise in CyberArk components: Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, EPM
• Strong background in identity and access management (IAM) and cybersecurity architecture
• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (consultant, solutions architect, TAM)

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• CyberArk certifications (CDE, PSE, Sentry) or CISSP/CISM
