💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a trusted partner to private equity and corporate clients, delivering data-driven insights for M&A transactions. You'll execute financial analysis across buy-side and sell-side engagements, including quality of earnings and EBITDA normalization. This role offers the chance to work remotely with a collaborative team at an award-winning firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute financial analysis across FDD engagements including quality of earnings and EBITDA
• Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends and deal risks
• Build financial models and data pipelines using Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, etc.
• Draft client-facing reports and present findings to deal stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in financial due diligence or transaction analytics
• Working knowledge of quality of earnings and EBITDA analysis in M&A
• Proficiency with one or more analytics tools: Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, Python, R, or advanced Excel
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
