You'll provide 1:1 outpatient therapy in patients' homes using Luna's tech-enabled platform that auto-charts and matches you to nearby patients. This role offers complete schedule flexibility with no productivity requirements and 90% less admin work.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient physical therapy in patients' homes.
• Document patient visits via phone call within minutes.
• Manage your own schedule and visit frequency.
• Utilize Luna app for patient matching and exercises.

📋 Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable personal transportation for home visits
• Liability insurance coverage
• CPR/BLS certification
