Requirements

- Ability to work onsite at our Midtown NYC office 3 days a week
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and build prospective target client lists using proprietary data and tech stack
- Take an omni-channel approach to outbound activity through calls, emails, and networking to uncover new business leads
- Uncover and provide tailored workforce solutions by collaborating across teams
- Stay connected with clients and consultants to ensure smooth partnerships and long-term trust
- Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation to closing the deal and beyond
- Identify opportunities to expand services and raise lifetime value with existing clients
