You will manage state insurance product filings, develop tracking processes, and build relationships with regulators to ensure compliance and streamline operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years licensing experience in health plan/managed care
• 1+ year experience designing and improving workflows
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years commensurate experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Familiarity with ACA marketplace plans, SERFF, or network data analysis preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation and filing of commercial insurance products for assigned states
• Develop processes for internal tracking and monitoring of annual and ad hoc filings
• Build relationships with regulatory bodies and state insurance regulators
• Serve as subject matter expert on assigned states and maintain procedural guides
• Track and communicate filing objections and guide resolution with impacted teams
