Description

You will own and improve efficiency in the refund and rebate processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams including AR, AP, Sales Operations, and Order Operations, and work with customers to process refunds in a timely manner. Your efforts will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of physical operations across industries like agriculture, construction, and transportation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable process
• 1-3 years experience in Operations role
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, and Stripe preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a key member of the Returns process as part of Order to Cash team
• Identify gaps in the process and drive improvements
• Partner with Sales and Operations to process returns timely
• Own the rebate process including reviewing documents and queuing payments
• Provide weekly reporting and adhere to SLAs
