• Lead end-to-end design of sustainable points ecosystem
• Define core rules for points tasks, tiers, and rewards
• Establish metrics and anti-cheating strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and regional teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in user incentive or economic system design
• Proven track record building points system from 0 to 1
• Advanced Excel and basic SQL proficiency
• Bilingual English/Mandarin

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior experience in game numerical planning
• Fintech or securities brokerage background
• Advanced data analysis with Python or SQL
