You'll join the AI team to build innovative LLM-powered features that help clinicians deliver better care and patients improve their health. You'll develop and deploy production multi-turn LLM systems including conversational agents and summarization tools. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deploy production multi-turn LLM features like summarization and conversational agents
• Build backend services in Python integrating LLM agents with the platform
• Implement prompting, grounding, and safety strategies for clinical workflows
• Implement AI feature quality testing, CI/CD pipelines, and version control

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience building and implementing LLM applications in production
• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or Hugging Face
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Deep understanding of data engineering best practices including version control and CI/CD

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with model evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM outputs
• Knowledge of MCP and agent orchestration tools
• Experience designing AI systems for open-ended questions and follow-up interactions
