💼 About This Role

You'll design and operationalize GTM systems and workflows that power Arena Intelligence's growth across the AI ecosystem. You'll partner with Business Development and Product to support model lab partnerships and build scalable GTM infrastructure. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of GTM strategy, technical implementation, and business collaboration.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and scale outbound/inbound GTM systems and workflows
• Support model lab partnerships through technical GTM execution
• Build internal tools and dashboards for pipeline visibility
• Run GTM experiments and iterate on growth playbooks

📋 Requirements

• 1-4 years of engineering or sales engineering experience in AI or SaaS
• Strong interest in AI concepts like RLHF, benchmarking, model evaluation
• Comfort with CRM, enrichment tools, automation workflows
• High ownership and ability to build in ambiguous environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building GTM systems (outbound tooling, lead scoring)
• Experience working with AI labs or technical buyers
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Segment
