💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead the UX and UI strategy for a rapidly growing defense-tech startup, owning the end-to-end user experience across our products. Your work will fuse thousands of data sources to provide critical intelligence for defense acquisition, directly impacting national security. As the first design hire, you'll build from scratch and have significant opportunity for growth into a leadership role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead UX/UI strategy from the ground up
• Own end-to-end product design from discovery to hand-off
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
• Generate and iterate multiple design concepts rapidly

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in UI/UX or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products
• Experience taking products from 0 to 1 in fast-paced environments
• Expertise in Figma and modern design tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise, B2B SaaS, or defense markets
• Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design standards
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance
