You'll partner with leaders across PhysicsX to shape a data-driven recruitment experience for a scaling deep-tech company. You'll manage end-to-end hiring for roles like Data Scientists and ML Engineers, ensuring a positive candidate journey. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, and offer delivery
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for a smooth interview process
• Maintain and update ATS with accurate candidate information
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of recruitment experience in-house or RPO
• Experience hiring Software Engineers, ML Engineers, or similar deep tech roles
• High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to work with quantitative data
