🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deliver next-generation scalability solutions like throughput optimization
• Lead protocol initiatives for proposer-builder separation and MEV mitigation
• Build and optimize core blockchain infrastructure including Ethereum clients
• Mentor engineers and establish high standards for system design and code quality

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in distributed systems or protocol engineering
• Strong proficiency in Golang and large-scale systems
• Hands-on experience with Ethereum clients like Geth
• Proven track record of architecting high-performance production systems

• Familiarity with MEV, PBS, parallel execution models
• Open-source blockchain contributions or protocol-level engineering experience
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot
