💼 About This Role

You'll provide pragmatic legal advice across the UK, EMEA, and AMERS for a leading hotel commerce platform. Your core impact will be managing commercial agreements, regulatory risks, and real property interests globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Advise departments on corporate, commercial and governance matters.
• Manage real property interests in the UK, EMEA and AMERS.
• Monitor supply chain compliance with sanctions regulations.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with partners and customers.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent) and current Australian or UK practising certificate.
• 5-8 years PQE at a reputable law firm or global in-house team.
• Strong understanding of corporate and contracts law.
• Experience with AI technologies to increase legal efficiency.

• Spanish speaking skills or Spanish legal qualification.
• Experience in fast-paced scale-up environments.
• Comfortable working across time zones.
