🎯 What You'll Do

• Design best-in-class mobile-first experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers
• Make evidence-based design decisions using research and analytics

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product or UX design
• Advanced Figma skills including component libraries and prototyping
• Experience in agile teams partnering with developers and researchers
• Use of research and analytics to inform design decisions
