You'll perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on electric and autonomous vehicle platforms. Your work ensures vehicle reliability and readiness for testing operations. You'll also support and guide junior technicians during shifts.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on EV and autonomous systems
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for vehicle readiness
• Carry out software updates, calibrations, and configuration tasks
• Act as technical lead during shifts, guiding junior technicians

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive technician experience
• Experience with electric vehicles or advanced automotive systems
• Strong understanding of EV systems including high-voltage safety
• Ability to work in rotating shifts including 24/7 operations

✨ Nice to Have

• OEM certification (e.g., Jaguar, Hyundai, or equivalent EV platforms)
• Fluent German or Spanish depending on location
