💼 About This Role

You'll deliver end-to-end data products for GetYourGuide's growth engine, transforming raw marketing data into self-service insights and automated decision systems. You'll own solutions from concept to deployment, evaluate when to use machine learning vs. simpler heuristics, and run A/B experiments to guide product strategy. This role offers direct impact on growth channels like Paid Search, Display, CRM, and Attribution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver end-to-end data products from concept to deployment and monitoring.
• Weigh impact vs. complexity to choose ML or simpler heuristics.
• Write robust, scalable Python code with unit tests and optimizations.
• Run deep-dive analyses and A/B experiments to guide product strategy.
• Set up monitoring and alerting for input, output, and business metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years of hands-on ML model building for production.
• Python proficiency with software engineering best practices.
• SQL and data manipulation (pandas/polars) and statistics skills.
• Ability to solve high-level business problems end-to-end.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs and Agentic AI (prompt design, RAG, LangChain).
• Familiarity with Spark for distributed computing.
• Prior experience in growth, marketing tech, or e-commerce marketplace.
