Description

Lead a high-impact team supporting the U.S. Army PRPO on doctrine, organization, and training. You will own deliverables, manage task-order operations, and apply deep Personnel Recovery expertise across the full range of military operations.

Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience
• Former U.S. Army Officer (MAJ or higher)
• Combat Arms or 18 Series (Special Forces) background
• CGSC graduate; SERE-C graduate
• Real-world Personnel Recovery Officer (PRO) experience at battalion+ echelons

Responsibilities

• Supervise contract team and manage task-order deliverables
• Prepare reports, conduct meetings, and ensure quality/compliance
• Serve as PR SME across analysis, design, development, and production
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet requirements and timelines
