You'll lead large-scale mixed-use developments from due diligence through construction at a major institutional real estate firm. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day development from due diligence through construction
• Coordinate third-party consultants including architects and engineers
• Oversee entitlement processes, design development, and budgeting
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in real estate development or project management at an institutional firm
• Experience with large complex mixed-use development projects
• Strong understanding of entitlement, design, and pre-construction processes
• Knowledge of local zoning regulations, building codes, and permitting in Los Angeles

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in business, architecture, planning, or engineering
• MBA or MSRE/MRED preferred
