💼 About This Role

You'll shape how IT admins manage software in the age of AI, building identity, permissions, and audit primitives for Front's platform. You'll own the strategy and execution for enterprise-grade features that unlock upmarket pipeline, including admin controls for AI agents. This is a brand-new pod with direct exec visibility, where you'll define scope and success metrics from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own vision and roadmap for enterprise readiness including AI governance
• Ship identity, access, audit, admin, and APIs to unlock upmarket pipeline
• Define admin controls for AI: permissions, auditability, observability
• Drive alignment across Engineering, Design, Security, Sales, and SE

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of PM experience in high-growth B2B
• Experience shipping to IT/admin/security buyers
• Fluency in identity protocols (SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC)
• Systems thinking to catch second-order effects in permissions and audit
