You'll manage HR administration, payroll support, and employee lifecycle processes for Aethos Milan, ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance with hospitality operational needs. You'll coordinate with external providers and internal teams to support data-driven HR operations. This role offers autonomy in a dynamic hospitality company with growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS systems (Bamboo/Zucchetti).
• Support payroll process and verify payslips.
• Monitor attendance, absences, and leaves for hotel staff.

📋 Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Previous experience in HR administration or people operations.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing HR systems (Zucchetti) and administrative processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Hospitality industry experience.
• Familiarity with BambooHR.
• Knowledge of Italian labour law.
