You'll build the operational infrastructure for a marketplace of ~2,000 home care providers, creating playbooks and automated workflows to scale partner success. You'll manage client-facing relationships with care operators, handling difficult conversations with care. This role offers a chance to build from the ground up in a fast-growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own operational infrastructure for ~2,000 partner listings
• Manage client-facing relationships with home care operators
• Identify process gaps and implement scaling solutions with CS ops
• Handle operational queries at scale — invoicing, payments, onboarding
