Responsibilities
- Manage high-revenue book of business, driving revenue and reservation growth
- Retain partners through best-in-class support and relationship management
- Conduct quarterly business reviews and develop performance reports
- Prospect new supply and upsell to existing clients
- Act as local voice of the partner, escalating issues and feature requests
