Description

You will manage the end-to-end client invoicing process, ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with revenue recognition rules, while providing a professional invoicing experience to clients.

Requirements

• 3–8 years of billing experience
• Experience with billing and ERP systems
• Ability to interpret contractual terms
• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
• Experience in IT services or managed services billing preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing board in ConnectWise, identify and process billable items
• Generate invoices for project milestones, service agreements, product orders, and field service
• Review and validate billing transactions against contracts, POs, and customer requirements
• Perform pre-invoice quality audits for accuracy and compliance
• Post invoices to GL via ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics GP/365)
