🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor contracts and agreements with vendors and clients
• Perform account receivable functions including invoicing and collections
• Conduct reconciliation of all accounts as needed
• Prepare balance sheets, financial statements, and payroll documents

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year proven experience as a bookkeeper with international clients
• Solid understanding of financial/accounting terminologies and practices
• Good background in Quickbooks, Asana, and Excel
• Able to work on a graveyard shift
