You'll process customer replacement requests and manage return flows in the Order Management team at Motive. You'll ensure accurate order entry, churn processing, and system tracking to support a seamless quote-to-cash process. This role offers exposure to Salesforce and Zuora within a fast-paced operations environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process customer replacement requests and update tracking
• Guide customer support on return procedures and options
• Create Sales Orders for additional hardware in Salesforce
• Handle churn processing and account reconciliations

📋 Requirements

• Technical acumen with understanding of customer delivery process
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong analytical skills with numbers
• Internship or work experience in an Operations environment

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Experience with Zuora
