Description

You will negotiate with insurance carriers to secure competitive pricing and coverage for clients. You'll analyze clients' current insurance programs to uncover coverage gaps and missed opportunities, demonstrating smarter coverage and real savings.

Requirements

• Experience as an Insurance Placement Specialist or similar role
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with underwriters
• Ability to analyze data and craft competitive proposals
• Knowledge of insurance marketplace and commercial placements

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand insurance marketplace information to develop marketing strategies for commercial placements
• Research and understand client exposures, prepare submissions, review quotes and proposals
• Negotiate P&C insurance coverage terms, conditions, and pricing with underwriters
• Document and compare multiple insurance programs on coverage and pricing
• Build and manage relationships with carrier partners through meetings and events
