Requirements

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, supply chain, or project management with international focus
• Experience balancing concurrent complex projects in manufacturing or hardware environment
• Strong leadership, organization, and planning skills to meet rigorous deadlines
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for interfacing with management and customers
• Proven ability to problem-solve and remove obstacles for teams

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the entire Deployment Operations lifecycle for assigned business line
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Engineering, and Technical Operations leads
• Create detailed deployment plans ensuring right people and hardware are in place on time
• Problem-solve and remove obstacles for internal and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement of Deployment Operations processes
