Description

You will own and evolve core operating systems powering admissions, scheduling, clinical access, and revenue workflows, using Salesforce as the backbone. You'll architect system logic, design automation and capacity frameworks, and partner with cross-functional leaders to improve access to care and scalability.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Strategy Ops, Consulting, BizOps, RevOps, GTM Ops, or analytics
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (SQL, Excel, BI tools)
• Experience translating workflows into system logic
• Familiarity with CRM or workflow automation systems (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own architecture, governance, and roadmap for Salesforce-based operating systems
• Translate workflows into scalable, deterministic system logic
• Design routing, automation, case management, and capacity allocation frameworks
• Partner with ops, clinical, admissions, scheduling, and RCM teams to identify bottlenecks
• Define schema design, automation standards, and change-control governance
