💼 About This Role

You'll define and run the operational rhythm, planning, and goal-setting for Preply's product organization, working directly with the CPO and VP-level leaders. Your work will ensure cross-team alignment and help scale a world-class product team. This role offers unrivalled access to the day-to-day of a fast-growing unicorn's product and technology organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set up and run operational cadence including Product Reviews and OKR cycles
• Own quarterly and annual product planning processes for cross-team alignment
• Define how Product, Design, and Tech teams scale, identifying bottlenecks
• Lead or support strategic initiatives from scoping to delivery

📋 Requirements

• Hands-on experience working with product teams in fast-growing tech companies
• Deep understanding of modern product organizations and team dynamics
• Proven ability to drive change through collaborative design and adoption
• Highly numerate and comfortable with data, models, and spreadsheets
